We’re excited to share the story of how World Sports Agency (WSA) came to life — an international placement agency built to support both coaches and sports clubs in creating long-term, successful collaborations.
We understand how challenging it can be to find coaching opportunities abroad — from not knowing where to begin, to navigating documents, visas, and cultural differences. Our journey started when one of our founders received an offer to coach in Singapore after ending her sports career. That first international experience changed everything: it helped her grow professionally, build new networks, and realize how different — and full of opportunity — the coaching world is beyond your home country.
Since then, we’ve worked in multiple countries and built a deep understanding of how the international coaching market operates. This experience became the foundation for launching WSA.
